混凝土裝入車內(nèi)以后,要求在2h或更短的時間內(nèi)卸到工作面上,在此期間須不停地攪拌;如果在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)不能運到工地或因各種原因停止攪拌,車內(nèi)混凝土就會報廢,嚴重的會導致混凝土凝固在車內(nèi),造成攪拌運輸車報廢。這對攪拌運輸車的可靠性提出了嚴格的要求,不允許攪拌運輸車在工作時發(fā)生停機的故障,因此混凝土攪拌車選型要考慮的就是車輛須十分可靠,關鍵部位如發(fā)動機和傳動驅(qū)動裝置發(fā)生故障的可能性要越低越好。

混凝土貯罐及進、出料口要耐磨
