增加了全自動攪拌車零部件運行時的摩擦力,減速器運行時要克服摩擦力做功,也將產(chǎn)生很大一部分熱量,使減速器溫度升高。夏季的高溫是造成攪拌機減速器溫度上升的外部因素。夏季本身氣溫過高,混凝土攪拌站特殊的工作環(huán)境必然會造成設(shè)備的溫度過高。

全自動攪拌車在生產(chǎn)過程中如果潤滑油的黏度過高,這時候全自動攪拌車軸承負(fù)荷加大,摩擦加劇,產(chǎn)生大量熱量,油的黏度過高,流動性差,導(dǎo)致運行負(fù)荷加大,將產(chǎn)生很大一部分熱量,使減速器溫度升高。
