將操作手柄轉(zhuǎn)到中位,使液壓油泵不能再產(chǎn)生高壓油;將發(fā)動機熄火,在確保液壓系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)卸壓的情況下旋松馬達或減速機上的高壓油管,推動拌筒旋轉(zhuǎn),使拌筒檢修孔斜向下;
Turn the operating handle to the middle position, so that the hydraulic oil pump can no longer produce high-pressure oil; Turn off the engine, unscrew the high-pressure oil pipe on the motor or reducer under the condition that the hydraulic system has been depressurized, and push the mixing drum to rotate so that the mixing drum manhole is inclined downward;

①若是減速機發(fā)生了故障,則只能采用人工方法排出砼,方法同前;

②若是馬達發(fā)生了故障,可將其他車上馬達卸下,替換故障車上的馬達并按原來的油管聯(lián)接位置接好,啟動發(fā)動機使油泵工作,即可操縱手柄排出砼;
② If the motor fails, remove the other motor on the vehicle, replace the motor on the failed vehicle and connect it according to the original oil pipe connection position. Start the engine to make the oil pump work, and then the handle can discharge the concrete;
③若是發(fā)動機不能啟動,應先判斷如能重新將發(fā)動機啟動起來,并可以工作一定的時間,則先將發(fā)動機啟動,排出砼后再進行故障的檢修。
