攪拌車(chē)的油耗問(wèn)題與什么有關(guān)?
一、故障的一般原因
1、 General cause of failure
1、空氣濾清器受堵,使進(jìn)氣不暢,造成混合氣過(guò)濃,或排氣管受堵。
1. The air filter is blocked, so that the air inlet is not smooth, resulting in too rich mixture or blocked exhaust pipe.
2、怠速調(diào)整不正確。如CO調(diào)整錯(cuò)誤。

3、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液溫度過(guò)高或過(guò)低。冷卻液溫度過(guò)高,冷卻液容易沸騰,動(dòng)力下降,油耗增高;冷卻液溫度過(guò)低,混合氣霧化不好,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率下降,油耗增加。

4、點(diǎn)火正時(shí)不準(zhǔn)確,如點(diǎn)火過(guò)遲。

5、氣缸壓力過(guò)低。實(shí)踐證明,氣缸壓力低于規(guī)定值,燃油消耗增加20%~25%。

二、電控方面的原因
2、 Reasons for electronic control
1、冷卻液溫度傳感器有故障。如傳感器工作特性發(fā)生變化,就會(huì)造成噴油修正信號(hào)不準(zhǔn)。
1. The coolant temperature sensor is faulty. If the working characteristics of the sensor change, the injection correction signal will be inaccurate.
2、進(jìn)氣壓力傳感器有故障。如傳感器輸出壓力過(guò)高,勢(shì)必造成混合氣過(guò)濃。

3、進(jìn)氣溫度傳感器有故障。

4、氧傳感器有故障。如傳感器內(nèi)部短路,傳感器電壓為0,電腦接收稀混合氣信號(hào)指令增加噴油量。
