5. 自上料攪拌車攪拌筒內(nèi)有積水,裝料前未排干凈或在運送過程中,任意往攪拌筒內(nèi)加水。

1. 根本的辦法就是減少單位用水量;2. 加大砂率,選擇合理的砂率;3. 炎熱夏季,采取措施降低混凝土混合物的溫度;4. 加大水泥用量或摻適量的Ⅰ、Ⅱ級粉煤灰;5. 采用連續(xù)級配的碎石,且針片狀含量??;6. 改善混凝土外加劑性能,使其具有更好的保水。增稠性,或適量減低砼外加劑摻量(僅現(xiàn)場),攪拌站若降低混凝土外加劑摻量,又可能出現(xiàn)混凝土砼塌落損失快的新問題;7. 自上料攪拌車在卸料前,應(yīng)中、高速旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌筒,是混凝土混合物均勻后卸料;8. 加強管理,對清洗后的攪拌車攪拌筒,須排盡積水后方可裝料。裝料后,嚴禁隨意往攪拌筒內(nèi)加水。自上料攪拌車的泌水、離析問題找準原因就很容易了!

Before discharging, the self loading mixer truck should rotate the mixing drum at medium and high speed, so as to discharge after the concrete mixture is uniform; 8 Strengthen management, after cleaning the mixer drum, must drain the water before loading. After loading, it is forbidden to add water to the mixing drum at will. It is easy to solve the problem of bleeding and segregation of feeding mixer!
